Authorization To Transfer Funds To Paradigm Solutions Group

I herby request that as a convenience to me, you honor transfer items drawn on my account by Paradigm Solutions Group, and charge such items to my account upon presentation thereof. I agree that your rights in respect to such items shall be the same as if it were a check drawn on your and signed personally by me. Your authority to charge such items to my account shall cease upon my delivery to you of written notice of revocation of this authority, and until you actually receive notice I agree you shall be fully protected honoring any such items. I further agree that if any such items be dishonored whether with or without cause and whether intentionally or inadvertently, you shall be under no liability whatsoever even though such dishonor results in the forfeiture of my Section 105 contract.
